From equipment inquiry to financing conversation.

Who you talk to at each stage, what they need from you and exactly where Ironmark's role ends and the financing provider's begins.

Stage one

With Ironmark

Your inquiry and a personal conversation. Nothing here is an application.

  1. You send an equipment inquiry.

    You, in a few minutes

Send a Quick Quote with your name, email, phone, business name, the type of equipment and its approximate cost.

    • Not a credit application
    • No documents, bank details or Social Security number
  2. We follow up personally.

    Someone coordinating Ironmark inquiries

We contact you by the method you chose to understand the equipment, your situation and whether a financing conversation is the right next step.

    • Ask anything about the process
    • No obligation to go further
  3. We introduce a financing specialist.

    Ironmark, with your permission

When it makes sense, we tell you the specialist's name, the company they work with and how they are connected to Ironmark. We ask your permission before sharing your inquiry details with them.

    • You know who will call before they call
    • You can say no

The inquiry ends here. With your permission, your details go to the financing specialist we named. Their application begins with them.

Stage two

With the financing provider

The provider's application, review, decision and funding, under its own terms.

  1. The specialist contacts you.

    The financing specialist we named

The specialist explains the provider's application, what information it needs and how its process works. This is where the actual application begins.

    • The provider's own application
    • The provider asks for what it needs
  2. The provider reviews.

    The financing provider

Underwriting and the credit decision are made by the provider under its own criteria. Timing and requirements depend on the provider and your situation.

    • Ironmark does not make the decision
    • Ironmark does not set terms
  3. You decide.

    You

Ask the provider for any offer in writing. Read it carefully and decide whether it works for your business. Funding is handled by the provider.

    • Compare the whole offer, not only the payment
    • Ask questions before you sign

Why another company calls

You will know who is following up, and why.

Ironmark coordinates inquiries and introductions. The company that can actually review and provide financing is a separate, third-party provider. That is why, after our conversation, a specialist from another company may reach out.

Before that happens, we tell you the specialist's name, their company and how they are connected to Ironmark, and we ask whether you want to go ahead. If you do not, your details are not shared with them.

If a dealer introduced you

Your dealer made an introduction, with your permission.

Some inquiries start with an equipment dealer. The dealer shares your contact details and the equipment you are considering after checking that you are comfortable being introduced.

From there, the process is the same. A designated contact follows up with you, and nothing goes to a financing provider without your permission. With your agreement, the dealer can be kept informed of where things stand.

Questions

About the process

What happens after I send a Quick Quote?

We review the equipment and your business details, then reach out by phone or email to talk through the purchase and your options.

If financing makes sense, we introduce a financing specialist by name, with your OK, and they walk you through the application.

Who provides the financing?

Financing comes from the lender your specialist works with. The lender reviews the request, makes the credit decision and pays the seller. We tell you who they are before any of your details are shared.

What rates and terms can I expect?

Rates and terms depend on your business, the equipment and the lender, so there is no single answer before a review. Your specialist explains the options, and any offer comes to you in writing before you decide.

How should I compare a written financing offer?

Read the whole document, not only the payment. Check the total of all payments, any fees or deposits, the term, what happens at the end of the term and who owns the equipment. Ask for anything unclear to be explained before you sign.

Ready to start with the equipment?

Send a short equipment inquiry. We will follow up personally and walk you through each step.
